Bob Kellogg, left, and Gerald Hilsher took part in the Illinois River Cleanup in September in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Both are lawyers who specialize in environmental law. Hilsher is a member of the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission. Kellogg is legal counsel for Save the Illinois River, Inc.
