Save the Illinois River does not endorse candidates for office nor does it call on members to hold their support for office seekers.
STIR does believe that its members should know the positions candidates take or may take on important issues.
In this regard, you may be interested in the following campaign contribution report from the Oklahoma Ethics Office. The report shows three executives of poultry corporations have donated to Scott Pruitt, candidate for Oklahoma Attorney General. These corporations are among those being sued by Oklahoma for pollution of the Illinois River watershed.
